Shipping Policy

  • We currently ship orders within the United States.
  • All orders are fulfilled and shipped through Shopify’s authorized shipping partners.
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Shipping times may vary based on your location and carrier service but generally take 3–7 business days.

Return Policy

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
  • To start a return, please contact us at sales@mineralharbor.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at sales@mineralharbor.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
