Every single stone is sourced from certified suppliers according to its region of extraction and mineral structure, and its authenticity is guaranteed. We absolutely do not feature synthetic or artificially produced stones.

 

2. Do the colour tones and patterns of the natural stones match what is seen on the website?

 

Answer: Since natural stones are unique works of nature, no two stones are exactly alike. Colour tones, internal patterns, veining, and inclusions (natural internal formations) may vary. We strive to present the closest colours to reality by taking professional studio photos of our products. However, slight tonal differences may occur due to different screen settings. These differences are proof of the stone's natural and unique beauty.

 

3. Are natural cracks, blemishes, or natural marks on the stones considered defects?

 

Answer: No, on the contrary, these marks are the signs that show the stone's natural origin and geological history. Answer: Your orders are usually carefully packaged and handed over to the cargo company within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. After being delivered to the cargo company, delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days depending on your region. Your tracking number will be shared with you via email.

  • Smudging: Passing it through the smoke of natural incense such as Sage or Palo Santo.

  • With Selenite/Quartz: Placing your stone on a Selenite plate or a large Quartz cluster.

Warning: Some stones, such as Hematite, Selenite, and Pyrite, are water-sensitive, and contact with water can damage them.
